ZeniFoam Gentle Border is a sterile polyurethane foam dressing bordered with a silicone-faced adhesive. It is highly absorbent for moderate to heavy wound drainage and may be used as a primary or secondary dressing. The gentle fabric tape adhesive and nonadherent silicone wound contact layer help to protect sensitive or fragile skin and offer pain-free removal. A smooth, waterproof backing protects the wound from moisture and bacteria. The dressing can be repositioned after application.
