Shipping Policy

We at Blowout Medical want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created a shipping process to make your life easy. Please review our policies & procedures and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Shipping & Handling Prices

We calculate shipping charges by the weight and size of the item. To estimate your shipping costs for an item(s), simply add the item to the Shopping Cart and click 'Get Estimates'. The shipping estimate will be displayed in the Shopping Cart before any credit card or personal information is required.

Transit Times

Most ground shipments are delivered in a few business days. Expedited orders must be placed before 1PM Eastern Time to be shipped the same day. We do not ship or deliver orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day. A signature may be required for deliveries.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping

Blowout Medical does not ship outside the United States.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

Security Policy

At Blowout Medical, the security of your personal and financial information is extremely important to us. We insure confidentiality and security in your online shopping experience in the following ways:

Personal information, including your credit card number, is encrypted and sent only over secure Internet lines. While using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, your browser will let you know when the line is secure. Most browsers use a "lock" icon that will appear on the browser when using a secure line. On all browsers the "http:" pre-fix will read "https:" when accessing a secure server. If these indicators are present, you can be confident of a secure data transaction.

We do not store your credit card information on our internal web server. Once you place your order, we send the order to our main order processing system using a private network. Your credit card information will be deleted entirely from our web records once your order is completed.

We take your financial security seriously and are confident that we have made shopping on our website safe for all customers. We employ various firewalls and other security tactics to keep your information secure.

While there is some risk inherent in every Internet transaction, you can rest assured that we are working overtime to ensure that risk is minimal.
