Drive Medical 12011KD-1 Assembly Instructions

1. Remove contents from box.
2. Lay bench upside down on flat surface.
3. Note that legs and receptacles are marked "A" or "B".
4. Depress brass push pin on leg and insert into matching receptacle.
5. Repeat previous step for remaining legs.
6. Turn bench over and attach armrest by sliding into arm receptacle.
7. Armrest should arc outwards, not inwards.
8. Assemble backrest by inserting pole into backrest support.
9. Note two sets of backrest receptacles on underside of bench.
10. Insert backrest supports into receptacles of desired side.
11. Place suction cup legs in bathtub.
