Drive Medical 12011KD-1 Assembly Instructions
- Remove contents from box.
- Lay bench upside down on flat surface.
- Note that legs and receptacles are marked "A" or "B".
- Depress brass push pin on leg and insert into matching receptacle.
- Repeat previous step for remaining legs.
- Turn bench over and attach armrest by sliding into arm receptacle.
- Armrest should arc outwards, not inwards.
- Assemble backrest by inserting pole into backrest support.
- Note two sets of backrest receptacles on underside of bench.
- Insert backrest supports into receptacles of desired side.
- Place suction cup legs in bathtub.
