Overview

The Graham Field Lumex Patriot Semi-Electric Hospital Bed is a sturdy, portable patient care bed that allows for patient reclining. The Bed accommodates a variety of accessories as needed by users and caregivers. When powered, the bed comes with a hand controller to easily and comfortably raise a user’s head, feet, or both to receive better care and treatment.

Bed Capacity and Dimensions

The bed and motor weigh 166 pounds. Made from a welded steel frame with a grid deck design, the bed can support up to 450 pounds. This number includes the weight from additional parts, such as the mattress or other accessories. For instance, if there are 100 pounds of accessories on the bed, there will be a remaining capacity of 350 pounds. The bed height is also adjustable, with a minimum height of 15 inches, and a maximum height of 24 inches. While changing the height of the bed is a manual process on the semi-electric model, the Fully Electric Model comes with the ability to raise and lower the bed using the remote.

The bed is 87" L x 36" W, accommodating any mattress within those parameters.

Maintenence

The welded steel frame should be cleaned occasionally on an as-needed basis to guarantee a long lifespan.
