The MiniMed 670G Insulin Pump System is the first and only system that continually self-adjusts to keep your sugar levels within healthy range, so you can spend more time doing the things you love and less time managing your diabetes. This insulin pump offers two personalized settings to accommodate your individual needs. The Suspended Before Low setting proactively warns you of lows and rebound highs. This setting automatically stops insulin delivery 30 minutes before you reach your pre-selected low limits. It then restarts insulin delivery once your levels have recovered. The Auto Mode Option automatically adjusts basal insulin delivery every 5 minutes according to your sugar levels to keep you within target range, and minimize the frequency of lows and highs throughout the day and night.
To program the MiniMed 670G, simply check glucose levels before a meal, and enter your estimated grams of carbs. The pump will then calculate and offer a bolus dosage for you to accept.
The MiniMed 670G features the exclusive CONTOUR NEXT LINK 2.4 METER that calibrates insulin dosing and remote bolusing for easy, accurate CGM calibration. In addition, you'll enjoy quick and easy access to your glucose readings from a brightly lit home screen on a durable, water-proof device that allows you to live an active life-style.
