First, the bed has an extra steel plate welded to the middle of the frame which helps give added support. The remote is heavy-duty and will resist impacts as well as moisture. All of these features mean that it is less likely you will need to replace the bed as soon as you would lesser quality beds.

Standard Trapeze Bar is sold separately as a base (MDS80616T) and as the trapeze bar (MDS80615T). Combined, these two products form a free-standing trapeze that can be positioned where it is needed. The trapeze bar may be attached to some beds without the need for the base.
