- SILVERCEL Antimicrobial Alginate Dressing with Silver is a sterile, non-woven pad composed of a high G (guluronic acid) alginate, carboxy methyl cellulose (CMC) and silver coated nylon fibers.
- This unique composition manages exudate in infected or heavily colonized wounds. The silver fibers combat wound microorganisms, which reduces the bacterial colonization of the wound and inhibits infection - providing a powerful antimicrobial solution.
