How to Use the Icy Hot Medicated Patch

Simply take the patch out of the packaging and gently tear off the backing from the sticky side of the patch. Once removed, apply the sticky side of the patch on the skin. Afterward, gently smooth out any wrinkles or creases that may have formed while applying the patch. Next, sit back and enjoy the relief!
