Start by gently compressing the middle of your shaft with your thumb and forefinger, applying the same pressure as if you were stopping the flow of urine. Then, use a tape measure to measure around your shaft.

If your shaft measures approximately 3 inches, the large clamp is the right size for you.

If your shaft measures approximately 2 inches, the regular clamp is the right size for you.

If your shaft measures approximately 1 1/2 inches, the juvenile clamp is the right size for you.
