How to Use

• Warm Strip Between Hands Before Adhesion
• Clean Skin with Lukewarm Water, Pat Dry
• Remove Half of Backing and Apply Strip to Skin
• Remove Remaining Backing and Smooth Down for 30 Seconds
• If Done Correctly, Strip Should Extend Half Inch Over Edges
• Repeat for All 4 Corners of Barrier

• Support Skin with Hand
• Gently Remove Strip with Other Hand
• Peel Horizontally
• Adhesive Remover Like AllKare Adhesive Remover Wipes Can Aid Removal
